Daniah has expertise in customer experience, compliance, quality, and regulatory preparation. Her passion is all about helping businesses provide seamless and delightful experiences to their customers. She launched the first fully digital customer survey engagement platform for an international insurance company. She has helped companies navigate through stringent policy changes and process updates while maintaining a high CSAT and NPS score. Currently, she helps startups build and execute personalized CX blueprints for their business. She is COPC certified, and holds a Masters in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter.
